We are always asked by schools for a building which looks a bit different and will inspire children. So we have come up with a new design which has a distinctive Gothic & rustic feel about it.
This is a new design for us but we thought that we would put it up on the website to preview it to schools.
They are available in square, rectangular and octagonal shapes with a whole suite of options.
As these buildings are designed to be modular, no one building is ever the same and so it is therefore quite difficult to “package” a price list. So we do very much encourage you to get in touch with us to discuss your individual requirements and where we can offer you our best advice based on 20 years of experience.
Features and Benefits
- Available in different sizes and shapes (as above) – square 3m, 3.5m and 4m; rectangular 4m x 3m, 5m x 3m, 5m x 4m, 6m x 4m, 7m x 4m & 6m x 5m
- Manufactured out of a Siberian wany-edged larch for external cladding. This timber requires very little on-going maintenance and typically lasts a lot longer than other cheap softwoods which are used for these type of buildings
- Gothic style arched windows
- Option for insulation to roof and walls
- For square and rectangular buildings, option to have either a hipped or mono pitch roof style
- Option to have an atrium style glazed roof to allow in lots of extra daylight
- Choice of roof tile including felt shingle tile or cedar shingle tile
- Option to have 50% grip deck for an extra non-slip surface
- Full delivery and installation services
- For insulated buildings, internal walls to be either matchboard pine or painted profiled MDF boarded (white)
- Option to have timber sub-frame base for uneven ground or installation onto grass or groundscrews
- Option to have front access steps and ramp
