Consultation
Our relationship with you usually starts off with an initial explorative phone conversation or email exchange where we try and understand what your exact needs and requirements are.
Once we have your brief in mind, we will then either advise you as to what we think is the best solution for your school and/or email you over some initial suggestions accompanied by relevant drawings or photos. Usually this includes an initial guide price or at least an idea on an overall budget cost (depending upon the complexity of the playground project or product in mind).
The majority of our products have a comprehensive suite of options, so we like to propose these as well in our initial discussions.
We then will arrange a no-obligation, no charge site visit with your school at a time and date to suit you. This will involve us having a look at the proposed site, taking measurements and discussing your plans and our/your ideas in further detail.
We can also advise too on other issues such as the rules and regulations regarding planning requirements (if so required) and any applicable funding opportunities.
These visits are always undertaken by the owner or directors of the business.

Design
After having undertaken the site survey, we will come back to you with a 3D visual design for the project showing the products we have discussed and how they are laid out in your school playground.
Once you are able to approve the plans, we will then come back to you with a full quotation and proposal which is itemised for ease of clarification and which allows for delivery and installation too.
There are never any hidden costs or nasty surprises at invoice time once the quote and visuals have been accepted by you.
3
Bespoke
A lot of products in our range you will not find elsewhere. Innovation and creativity are absolutely key to the ethos of this company. We like to find new angles and we like to explore a bit.
The majority of our product range has pretty much originated over the years from discussions with you, the schools. And that is why the owners or directors of the company like to do the site visits as it gives them a chance to fully immerse themselves in discussions with the project stakeholders in order to find the best solution. And the best solution might be a completely new product or product range.
4
Installation
Once an order is placed, we always ask our customers to submit an installation check sheet which is fairly simple to complete and includes information such as delivery times, details relating to access to water and electricity, health and safety related issues, playground times during the day etc
We will always agree a start date in advance with you and like to give at least a 3-4 weeks notice period.
The installation time is usually dictated by the complexity of the project in hand but the majority of our installations typically are undertaken in a week so there is minimal disruption to school life.
We install both during term time and during the school holidays.
All of our installers are DBS checked.
Once the installation has been completed, we like our customers to sign a satisfaction note after inspecting the work undertaken.

After Sales Care
We publish details on the inspection and maintenance requirements for our product range.
We do ask customers to send to us via email or whatsapp some photos of any issues they are concerned about and we will respond accordingly. If we feel that it is a minor risk, we will advise of the best course of action but if we feel that the equipment is no longer safe to use, we will advise you to stop using it with immediate effect.
If your playground product does need some urgent repair, we do offer a quick and responsive call out service. Our consultants will undertake the necessary inspections and repairs and if applicable, we will also complete a full site inspection during the visit to ensure your whole playground is safe to use.
