Except where indicated, our prices allow for delivery and installation on the UK mainland within a 150 mile radius from our manufacturing facility and are usually subject to a site survey. Outside of this area, a surcharge may be levied.
Our outdoor classroom pods are pre-manufactured units which come delivered on the back of a specialist transport truck. Depending upon site access, they are either craned (via a hiab) into position or fork lifted. We are only able to quote on a delivery and siting charge once we have conducted a site survey.
Some of our products, where indicated, will require some self-assembly. However, if these products are ordered alongside our installation-inclusive product range and delivered at the same time, we may be able to assemble for you on site for a nominal fee by prior arrangement.
We reserve the right to make a carriage charge plus a 20% handling charge on all consignments that are refused without good reason or explanation.

Where we install our products, this process is made to be as smooth and trouble free as possible for you with all method statements and risk assessments sorted out for Health and Safety, all work areas fenced off as necessary and a foreman at your disposal. We also ask you to complete a pre-contract installation questionnaire so that there are no surprises on delivery day.
Our installers are highly experienced at working during both term time and holiday periods and are happy to talk to children and staff about their work as the playground installation takes place. Our installers are highly skilled and are all DBS checked. We can send you the DBS records of the staff involved in your project if you so wish.
